It is that time of year when we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ during this Christmas season! Some families have an advent calendar, advent wreath, light candles, decorate a Jesse Tree, etc. We will be learning about and participating in Advent this year, but we will be doing it Minecraft style.
No Minecraft?
That’s ok! Even if you don’t have Minecraft you can still go through each daily study & Bible reading.
How it works:
This is a self paced study, and students will receive a lesson plan to go with the class. Students with watch the story of Jesus unfold within the Christmas story. Included will be the following:
Daily Scripture reading and lesson
Minecraft Building Project each day which relates to the lesson
Following are the details:
Study will take place starting on Tuesday, December 1st. The day’s lesson will be posted each morning. Don’t worry about getting behind or catching up. You can just jump in whenever you get ready. Students will log in to our EDU site to get their lesson and build for the day. The builds will be done on SKrafty in the Advent server. The study is TOTALLY free, but you do need to register.
