High School Girls’ PE [Live Online]

This is a fun P.E. class for older students and a great way for them to get quality exercise time in! We will be doing a mixture of light and heavy workouts along with fun activities to get the body moving! We will meet once a week for a live session and guide you through the exercises for the remainder of the week.
