Following is the SKrafty EDU Refund Policy:
You can cancel your Subscription any time from your My Info/Account Information/Subscriptions page. Please be sure to cancel before the renewal day to avoid additional charges.
A SKrafty EDU Yearly Subscription can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days there will be no refunds given.
A SKrafty EDU Monthly Subscription payment is non-refundable.
Paid in full SKrafty Live Class registration and Community Course Live Class registration may be cancelled and refunded minus a 25% processing fee if the class is not yet full up to 4 weeks before class begins*. If the class is full or it is less than 4 weeks before class begins, cancellation will not be refunded.
*Payments for payment plans used to purchase live classes are non-refundible.
All refunds may take up to 6 – 8 weeks to process.
