A player cannot attack someone normally in vanilla but TNT can kill someone, I have tested it

Yeah I suppose but I'm still not sure if any pvping/ killing players is allowed at all- at least not without their permission
this sounds more reasonable though, if you're doing it on your own land.
If I were you I would check the rules but you don't have to.

But as long as you don't break any law there will be no need for nuclear elimination

The reason why I have that law is bc there are ways to kill other players without attacking them

That could be a problem depending on yuor time zone. Even if it is, though, you could still gather resources/ help with anything idk.
You don't necessarily have to be playing with other people in order to be helping :]
