RolePlay Update v0.41:

- Supposedly the /rp delete command works now. Please be aware it might not.
- Color organized the console log.
- Removed wait time before RolePlay creates. Less of a chance that the RolePlay Creation will bug out.
- Fixed tiny bugs.
- Re-arranged some code.

Suggestions, please put in the comments below.

Upcoming features (possibly):
- GUI menus with all the RolePlay Owner and Member features.
- Better list of all the RolePlays + list owner's of those RolePlays listed.

Make it where you can only create 1 rp every hour.. (That's so people wont spam the /rp create and delete.)

Well, it'd be frustrating for 1 hour of wait for every rp, but like 5 minutes in between creations would work

Yeah, 'cause if you're like me, you accidentally do /rp delete instead of /rp role delete. That would just be annoying.
