I checked a while ago, iron golem spawning from scared villagers was added in 1.14, and skyblocks runs in a lower update, so iron farms are basically nonexistent

extremely late but iron farms pre date 1.14, they just use an older mechanic to spawn iron golems. I believe there needs to be at least 11 villagers and 21 doors for it to start spawning golems but I could be wrong
