Faction next season teams

Hey guys, I've been pretty confused about alliances and such and was wondering who would want to team or ally, or if anyone just wants to be 'left alone'. And yes ik this ruins the whole purpose of factions, but I've had my teams base destroyed countless times for no reason.

i could hunt you down and purposefully grief your base just to annoy you
like now i feel like i've got a reason and it's called having fun
(maybe i should stop making threats before everybody disavows me)

Yeah I understand the fun for the griefer

But as the person getting griefed, this has happened WAY TOO MANY TIMES
