Bad Factions glitch that needs to be fixed

When you first join, it does not allow you to type in chat. Im pretty sure the rules are supposed to appear then but they do not until you relog. After re logging, if you /accept the rules you are able to chat. A sign at spawn or something that explains this would be nice if this is not fixable

Another glitch is not being able to mine spawners with silk touch and when you place a spawner it is a pig spawner.

SuperE told us that he will fix that when he gets back from the convention if im not mistaken
