Using the rating system to say the custom emojis are SUPER cool. If I understand correctly, when we fill out the custom resource form, it sends it to you guys for review, and if you approve, our resource is added?

Correct. After the resource is added and gets a bunch of likes we may add it to the selection on the forum.
