New /warp op

As /warp op now has been abandoned (well I think it has) I'm making something like /warp op but active.
The command to get to it is: /warp opv2

I went to /warp opv2, it looks very useful, mostly because I’m plot banned from Yoda’s Emporium.

/warp op is useful but whenever I go there, my RAM dies.
