Mobs spawn on /lands

I dont think mobs can spawn on my land. Is there a command for them to spawn?

I think the spawnrates are just super low, if you have a farm you should build more levels and afk for a bit longer and see if that helps!

the spawn rates are incredibly slow, this may be due to some plugins, but it's also due to the large amount of players being online at the same time, which causes minecraft to spread the mob count limit more evenly.
