End crystals are indestructible

I was showing my brother how to respawn the Ender Dragon. When he saw it, I tried to break the end crystals. My pipe-cleaner (LOL) hands were not able to do that, so I tried to slash them with a diamond sword. That didn't work. I tried shooting them in survival mode, and they were still there. I was using 1.16 with a resource pack that made the mushrooms and armor look better, and edited splashes. I only thought of the resource pack when I was typing this, it's dinnertime in the my time zone so will somebody track it down?

I don't think end crystals are supposed to be allowed in Sandbox, also, you might just need to enable explosions

i dont think you can break them even that way for some reason, those have to stay there or you clear your plot?? idk but i have like 3 on one plot that me and a owner tried to remove
