Can we Have Elytra's on Factions?

Okay, I can see chorus fruit to be banned. You can easily teleport into someone's water base. But elytra's? Elytra's are a great way to travel, lets you fight in the air with other players, and are just SO cool, but they're not OP like chorus fruit. You need to take off your chestplate to wear an elytra.
Can we please have elytra's next season? And maybe rockets?

Do you know about rocket-propelled elytra's? They're the funnest thing in Minecraft, especially if you have never used it before, and you die several times! =-D
